STUDIO POLICIES AND FAQS

SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. 

A 24 hour notice is requested to cancel or reschedule a session.

 

PAYMENTS

A valid debit or credit card can be used for payment. Checks are not accepted.

Full payment is due at the time of service.

All sessions and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable

Packages expire 2 months from purchase 

 

STUDIO ATTIRE

Wear comfortable clothing but not too loose. You may wear “grippy” socks or be barefooted. Shoes are not allowed beyond the waiting area.

*There will be cubbies for you to store your belongings. 

Do not wear any jewelry that may get caught in the equipment, I.E., necklaces, earrings, arm or ankle bracelets, etc.

 

GUESTS

Children or guests may only accompany the client with advanced permission from the studio. The studio does not provide childcare or supervision during the session.
